Manufacturing processes include CNC Multi-Axis Milling (including a 5th axis vertical machining center), CNC Multi-Tasking Turning, CNC Sliding Head Capability up to 38mmØ
The workshop facility also includes a designated de-burring cell with both ultrasonic & aqueous cleaning machines, as well as a state of the art inspection facility and MRP based production management & control.
Utilising a trusted aerospace approved supply chain Parker Precision can also offer a single source solution which includes Heat Treatment, Surface Treatments, EDM & Spark Erosion, and Welded Assemblies.
