Manufacturing from aircraft released material only, Parker Precision utilise controlled stores and a meticulous record process in order. This ensures total traceability back to source. A critical requirement for any manufacturer within an aerospace supply chain.
The workshop facilities, located in Bilston in the West Midlands, contain a fully equipped inspection department. This utilises the latest technology to ensure the highest standards are maintained, in line with ISO9001 and AS9100 rev C, as well as bespoke customer requirements.
Prior to dispatch all components are subjected to a de-burring phase within a designated de-burring cell to avoid Foreign Object Debris (FOD). This process is carried out by several skilled team members to customer specifications and is followed by an aqueous de-greasing process to ensure thorough cleansing of each component.
The company’s objective is to maintain its low record of non-conformances whilst increasing its output to achieve lower prices and ever shortening lead times. Parker Precision will continue to maintain an impressive rate of customer retention through ensuring production quality and providing a second to none customer service.
