The workshop facilities, located in Bilston in the West Midlands, contain a fully equipped inspection department. This utilises the latest technology to ensure the highest standards are maintained, in line with ISO9001:2015 and AS9100 Rev D, as well as bespoke customer requirements.
Prior to dispatch all components are subjected to a de-burring phase within a designated de-burring cell to avoid Foreign Object Debris (FOD). This process is carried out by several skilled team members to customer specifications and is followed by an aqueous de-greasing process to ensure thorough cleansing of each component.
